  4. I really enjoyed the trip! My favourite part was The Blitz experiance! I learnt that children were so bored, they wanted the kill them self!

  13. Yesterday was really fun,my favouritebit was the Anderson shelter as it made me know how thay must of felt. I did not know that a cage for birds was emptyed and children were put in with bread and water.

  19. The heavy and frequent bombing attacks on London and other cities was known as the 'Blitz'. Night after night, from September 1940 until May 1941, German bombers attacked British cities, ports and industrial areas.

    London was bombed ever day and night, bar one, for 11 weeks. One third of London was destroyed.

  20. I really enjoyed yesterday dispite the rain.I also learnt a new fact.The scary part was the Blitz area(there was a giant dog.)

  21. The Britain at war experience was really fun! My favourite part was when we went into The Blitz and when we went to the anderson shelter.I learnt that winston churchill was prime minister twice.

  27. yes I did enjoy our trip and my favouite bit was the blitz because it would of been very sc,ary for them and we scard Numayr a lot.And I learnt that the blitz started on september 1940 and ended may 1941 so 8 mounths

  28. I enjoyed going to the biltz because it was a good and fun. I learned thet women never got any thning in return only men.
